A series of outpatient surgeries, in surgery form.

For the sake of thoughtfulness, my gynecologist has stated that he is willing to… fight my insurance to get me a tubal ligation, “just in case”. This is something I am not opposed to him doing for a number of reasons.

It seems that he has an excellent probability of making this occur if the primary reasons for fighting them are my disability, which I gave him permission to use to try and get them to approve it, as well as “my kids being disabled” (and I only have that in quotation marks because although they are, it’s not a bad thing and will never be a bad thing). As much as I intend on moving out of Texas at some point and am definitely not staying here long-term, this isn’t a bad thing at all. It’s insurance against the fact that I’m done having children, always having considered two my happy upper limit, and I do not want to get pregnant again.

He also wants to see a referral to the appropriate specialist made regarding the sagging of some of my skin due to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which was only severely exacerbated by two pregnancies. This has caused an untold number of Staph infections to result entirely out of the blue, and should my youngest son injure me during a meltdown these injuries take longer to heal than he is comfortable with. He wants to see what state Medicaid is willing to cover and then go from there. I am not opposed to that either. Let’s get this done.

These procedures will probably all be done separately due to the time it will probably take for insurance to approve them (and this assumes that insurance approves all requests made to them… I know, right?).

Imagine just how vile of a person you have to be.

In case any of you are wondering, the convicted pedophile who was ban evading several suspensions on Twitter has had almost all of his suspended accounts reinstated. This shouldn’t even surprise me but it does.

At this point, and entirely as predicted (since so many other people feel the same), I have no faith in Twitter.

This man’s accounts were suspended, burner account after burner account, when Twitter had become aware that he had made yet another account in the days and months before Musk. Now they make it clear that they ignore reports made on him — they sure act on reports that he makes fairly quickly though, letting him game the report system to shut people up that he doesn’t like — and are more than happy with the idea of him actively contributing on a site that minors are allowed to use. As much as a possible cognitive or intellectual disability is the cause for him to continue attempting to conceal his identity from people, his local police department has continued to be more useful than I’d ever thought they would be… I thought it would take a lot more effort to convince them to act against a person who, for so many people, “was just on the Internet”, but I’m guessing that he has been a problem for them for awhile given how quickly they’ve tended to act. They’ve let people who have called in or contacted them with concerns know that they do indeed do periodic well checks on him — imagine being so vile that what you say on the Internet causes you to get well checks at your home and you’ve more or less imagined this dude — and they’ve confirmed that the well checks are being done on the correct person, which people who request well checks are generally allowed to ask and be given relevant information regarding. To add insult to injury, his local police department has also admitted that his behavior is so… bad that it has caused an ongoing investigation to start, especially because it involves so many people from other cities, states, provinces, and even countries, and in the interim are actively encouraging people that he harasses to seek out restraining orders against him by contacting their county’s criminal justice unit. They are doing so much that they don’t have to do to help people out here.

At some point I might divulge his identity — I don’t want him to feel some sick sense of glee out of becoming searchable for what he’s done given that he so desperately wants the resultant attention — as well as link to his child sexual abuse registry listing, which he has to remain on for life and which has to remain public information courtesy of federal law. I might also begin to make a list of… reasons we know who he is in spite of various efforts to deny it. As time gets on it’s like he just confirms his identity in more and more sick ways.

This really shouldn’t surprise me at this point.

You know, I would have posted another picture up here… but for the whole morning my site hosting has been giving me nothing but shit when it comes to logging in so that I can upload the picture in question, seeing as how I have 2FA (two-factor authentication) enabled. And the one time I was actually able to log into my hosting, the whole thing severely lagged, so I couldn’t even navigate to the folder of my hosting where I would have wanted to upload the picture. I Tweeted at my site hosting a few times, which is usually enough to let them know that there is a… problem with the hosting, although it remains to be seen when they will actually fix said problem since it is Black Friday. With any luck they fix it soon and I can resume uploading.

Maybe by the time I wake up tomorrow I’ll be able to post yet another picture of Bub sleeping here.

I refuse to call Twitter X now. I just refuse to.

In case anyone’s been wondering, the convicted pedophile who I’ve mentioned reporting in here for ban evasion has had two of his accounts reinstated by the “safety and security” team that works under Musk. He continues to ban evade because he continues to have suspended accounts, but none of this surprises me — or any of the rest of the people who have been reporting him to Twitter, just to watch Twitter ignore those reports for weeks or months on end or claim that he “isn’t violating community standards” (or whatever they’re calling their terms and service now). It doesn’t bother me that more and more people have been leaving Twitter over the months because I’ve been able to keep in touch with most of them through other social networking sites, and I’ve continued to give BlueSky codes out as my account generates weekly codes.

Twitter used to be a reputable news and social networking site… which Musk has run into the ground now.

It’s sad when someone’s local police department has been more effective in controlling their behavior (harassment and threats) than the social networking site they’re not even supposed to be on has, and that has been mentioned to Twitter numerous times to no avail. This man’s police department has begun to advise people calling in about his harassment and threats — even though they do continue to do well checks on him for that harassment and those threats — to contact their own police departments about filing restraining orders against him. As willing as I am to do this if it comes down to it, my only concern is that it might be an initial waste of time that concludes with his subsequent incarceration because we all know he’s going to deny that these restraining orders ever get issued and refuse to cooperate until he is incarcerated.

As much as I don’t want to give this sick man further attention by naming him in this blog to the point my blog posts then become searchable by naming him, I will consider it if his behavior gets more depraved.
