Someone that’s been in a few organizations I have been, who has played Fortnite and Valorant with me, indicated that they were “catching feelings for me”. And I’m not even going to lie, I was repulsed because of this kid’s age. He’s in his early twenties. I turned forty years old this year. This kid is my son Jason’s age.
I tried to let him down as softly as possible, but that has not been going well for me.
I know that men not handling rejection well is a meme, but this is my first hands-on encounter with that.
