So I took the kids out Trunk or Treating today!

Because of the kids’ disabilities, I make it a point to hit up Trunk or Treat gatherings whenever we can.
So I’m a week out from having foot surgery.

Surprisingly, the pain from this is being managed extremely well by hydrocodone transferring to codeine.
I haven’t seen the suture site yet and I have no idea where it is.
For having a rod jammed into bone in my foot… I am coping surprisingly well.
I did not expect this, but I did not do much planning for after the surgery. I intended on playing it by ear.
That’s all you get for now as I continue to rest and heal from, well, surgery.

I’m in the process of starting to rebrand.

I do intend on getting back to streaming full-time, easing myself into it as James gets older.
Right now I’ve changed the layout and content of the “about me” page on Twitch, and I’m in the process of rebranding with new avatars that I really like. I have very good friends and am thankful for their talents.
