Let me preface this post by mentioning the fact that i am so glad Onision was banned from Patreon and permanently barred from making any (more) money off of his YouTube videos. This was a long time coming.

In other news, I mapped our gaming controller using Sonic 2 as the… guinea pig for it, and I am pleased with the results so far. With any luck, this will hold for all of the other computer games we have that require, or at least strongly suggest using, a controller. I got Bub Sonic — we actually got Sonic 2 free during a promotion — Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Sonic CD, and Sonic Spinball. I’m thinking about getting Toejam & Earl and the other assorted games for Bub as well. I grew up on these, they’re nostalgic, and I feel like they are the perfect games to introduce to Bub. Since he already likes Sonic games, this is a major plus and will not go wrong.

Origin and Steam are a lot more fun than I had originally thought they were going to be. Seriously.
