This just keeps getting better by the minute.

My sister-in-law’s “friend” attempted to hide a robust criminal history and the ability to pathologically lie from all of us, and that stopped almost as soon as it had started because I was clever enough to catch on to some of the things he said… and his arrest which he accidentally caught on FaceTime when some of us were on it. Because I didn’t want this person to use my sister-in-law for things like any of the money he could get on her, I had a few talks with her about it that her boyfriend signed on to agreeing that she needed someone to watch out for her preventing her from potentially being fleeced by this person for whatever she could provide him. This resulted in almost all of her friends dropping him not wanting anything to do with him…

I’m fine with that. I am less fine having to deal with people like this. I don’t like that people like this exist.

I also took James to the local hospital for the first time because a bee had stung him in the ear, it began to swell, Benadryl alone was not substantially bringing the swelling down and it was upsetting him. The local hospital surprisingly got us in and out in just over an hour, taking him back to a provider as soon as he presented and seeing him amazingly quickly. They also managed to maneuver him to where he could be given the steroid shot he needed with minimal fuss from him, and he follows up with his doctor later today.

This isn’t exactly a post I wanted to make here but…

Someone decided that because they didn’t like my livestreams, they were going to post my oldest son’s unlisted phone number encouraging people from the Internet to reach out to him. When I was made aware that this had happened I promptly contacted local authorities on the matter, giving them links to the Tweet as it currently stood until the person’s account was suspended for doxxing (which, let’s be real, was precisely what happened here). Multiple people made me aware of this right before I was set to go live on Twitch, which caused me to delay going live that day until the problem was rectified. This person has since gone on to have five other accounts suspended for ban evasion, doxxing, stalking and threatening. Her friends also thought it was funny to attempt to deface my husband’s online memorials with one of them making jokes about how they were going to contact the sister-in-law of mine that has psychiatric problems and tell her that my husband made the alleged decision to end his own life because of me to cause her psychiatric and psychological distress. These are the kind of people I am dealing with as a content creator who just wants to live her best life. It doesn’t make me want to stop doing my job, but I shouldn’t be dealing with Gamergate.

Taking James with me to the restroom, y’all.

I was picking up some of James’ medications yesterday afternoon and had to use the restroom, so I brought him into the restroom with me which is what I do whenever I have to use the restroom in public as it keeps James safe from attempting to elope. He doesn’t mind me doing this since it’s all he’s known, but we don’t exactly live in the best state for this even though his disabilities are obvious… I can not wait for us to move.
