I miss the fact that Parasite Eve 2 didn’t have Yoko Shinomura like Parasite Eve and The 3rd Birthday did, but it still managed a decent soundtrack. I’ve been thinking of picking up the soundtracks for all three games.

I’m honestly not sure if I’ve ever posted this before, but this used to be one of my jams in high school.

As much as I love the Parasite Eve franchise, mixes like these will never not be simultaneously terrifying.

This has to be one of the best tracks, if not the best track, from the original Parasite Eve game. It’s a banger.

I spent the better portion of the night in the emergency room last night because my “migraine” was so bad that I could not function at all, and I have never in the history of… well, ever, had that happen. They gave me steroids for my “headache” along with pain medication, which dramatically helped and allowed me to sleep for a few hours when I got home. At that point, I woke up because my alarm woke me up and filed for guardianship of my oldest son (autistic with intellectual disabilities requiring this), an action that his limited ability to consent allowed him to consent to indicating to the court that I am his preferential guardian.

There are things that I could say about the end of the Parasite Eve franchise, having mixed opinions on The 3rd Birthday, but the music is and always has been top-tier, and I will never stop saying that to people…

Even though The 3rd Birthday was a bit peculiar, the whole Parasite Eve series will always remain a banger.
