I’m sort of surprised I didn’t get this sooner, but…

I hate links like these, but this is such an old book that I’m still surprised it’s even circulating in print.

I always wanted to read his story, especially the part where he had a bone marrow transplant done when his Hodgkin’s lymphoma recurred. I’ve been on the Be the Match bone marrow registry for awhile, ever since I finished breastfeeding my youngest son, and I love reading stories about people being given second (or third, or subsequent) chances at new life through transplant. If something happens to me, donate all of it.

I am SO thankful someone found this book for me!

I’m definitely going to get to reading it after I finish the November streamathon I’m doing and start soon, because I’m going to take a bit of a break streaming less during the month of December to gear up for the 365-day streamathon that I’m going to attempt over the course of the year 2025.
