It is my understanding that he is no longer allowed to livestream on Twitch, although according to him that “doesn’t bother him” because he said he would just make an account on Kick. He went from streaming five times a week to “four times a month” after someone who worked for Twitch saw him harassing and threatening me on Twitter (which violates the off-site content clause that they have, particularly for Affiliates and Partners). After I filed a formal report against him on Twitch he’s gone to… not streaming at all for the entire month. Because he clearly did not let up after his initial harassment on Twitch, they are now getting more involved than they were, especially because his local law enforcement needs his real name to continue.

None of this should really surprise me at any point.
Since my stalker’s actions cross state lines, I can’t expect to know more about him until next week.
However, because of threats he’s made, I can expect to be given enough information on him to file for a restraining order and press charges against him, both of which I am willing to do. I expect him to fight the release of this information to whatever extent he’s able to, but at the end of the day I expect to be given the information and to follow through with law enforcement about it. I’m still not quite sure when that day is actually going to be, but this is something that I am going to follow through on to the best of my ability…
The fact that this happens so often to women in content creation and streaming is frightening though.
I suppose I should really have expected this.
For lack of any other, better way to put this… my stalker has gotten back online.
He may not be streaming right now, but he’s gotten back online with the intent to harass people.
His local police department let me know that he had attempted to contact them with obviously untrue allegations, but that he “behaved in a completely believable, concerning manner” about them in spite of the fact that it was evident during the start of his first call with them that none of these things were true. Once they go through the formal system to declare all of his allegations untrue, they sound like they’re going to give me the information that I need to contact legal counsel with the intent to litigate over these things. And although obvious cat may be obvious here, I intend on litigating against him for everything he’s not worth.
I love how adorable he’s just chilling here.
After I took a necessary telephone call, I happened to see him on the couch and got this picture of him!
